The sales data is in and we are happy to report that the data shows a healthy market with some upswings that are sure to make sellers excited.
Median Sale Price rose last month to $500,000. That is an increase of $10,000 going into the traditionally busy summer months.
The number of New Listings rose to 143 which means more homes on the market for buyers and sellers looking to replace property.
Median Days on Market decreased to just 17 days. This means property is selling faster than the month prior. This is usually attributed to increased competition in the marketplace.
We currently have nearly 2 months of inventory in the market and expect for that number to decrease as more buyers flood the market during the summer months.
Finally, we have percentage of asking at 99.6% which is at its highest since August of 2015
